What this is

This website is a portfolio. It describes work done for clients and provides a way to make contact. Using it means accepting what is set out here.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including Republic Act 8792, the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000, and Republic Act 8293, the Intellectual Property Code. Any dispute falls to the courts of Cebu City.

What is on the site, and what it is not

The results shown here are real outcomes for real clients in specific circumstances, published as the reporting screenshots they came from. They are a record of what happened, not a prediction of what would happen for you. Advertising and search results depend on the market, the offer, the budget, the competition and the platform, none of which are in my control.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation, or professional advice. No engagement exists until it is agreed separately in writing.

Ownership

The writing, the design, the code and the photography on this site belong to Eroll Encabo unless stated otherwise.

Client names, logos and account screenshots remain the property of the businesses they belong to, and appear here as a record of work carried out for them. If you are one of those businesses and would like something removed, email me and it will be.

You may link to any page here. You may not copy the site, its text or its design and publish it as your own.

Contacting me

An email is an enquiry, not a contract, and creates no obligation on either side. I aim to reply within one business day, which is an intention rather than a guarantee.

Please do not send confidential material, credentials or account access in a first email.

Availability

This site is provided as it is. I keep it working and accurate, but I do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and I am not liable for any loss arising from its use or from being unable to use it, to the extent the law allows that limitation.
