Questions
The ones people actually ask, answered straight
- What do you actually do?
- Three things that are usually three suppliers: I build the website, I do the SEO, and I run the Google and Meta Ads.
- Most engagements start with a site that is not performing. The technical work and the campaigns are the same job from two directions, so doing both means the fix lands in one place instead of being passed between an agency, a developer and a freelancer.
- Can one person really handle the website, the SEO and the ads?
- That is the arrangement I have worked in for ten years, and the work on this site is the evidence for it rather than the argument.
- The practical difference is that there is no handoff. When a campaign needs a landing page changed, the person running the campaign changes it. When tracking is measuring the wrong thing, the person reading the data is the person who wrote it. What a larger team buys you is capacity; what this buys you is that nothing waits on somebody else's queue.
- Do you work with businesses outside the Philippines?
- Yes. Most of the work is for clients in Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States and the UAE.
- I am based in Cebu City and work remotely. Time zones have not been the problem people expect: the work is asynchronous, and the reporting is written rather than presented.
- What kind of businesses do you work with?
- Small and mid-sized ecommerce brands, SaaS companies, local service businesses and agencies.
- The common thread is a business that needs one person who can move between strategy and execution without a handoff. The forty brands on the About page are the range: clothing, skincare, soap, cocktails, spas, deck builders, storage, SaaS platforms and marketing agencies.
- What platforms do you build on?
- Shopify and WordPress for most client sites, and React, Next.js and TypeScript where something needs to be built rather than configured.
- On the marketing side: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog and HubSpot. The full list is on the About page.
- Do I have to take SEO and ads together?
- No. Plenty of the work on this site is one discipline only.
- They do tend to help each other. Search Console data shows which terms are worth bidding on, and ad data shows which landing pages convert before the organic work ever reaches them. If you only want one, that is the engagement.
- How do I know the results are real?
- Every figure on this site is a screenshot of the account it came from, not a number typed into a slide.
- The work page shows the Google Ads, Meta Ads and Search Console reporting for twenty nine brands. The case studies write nine of those out in full. The client money is blurred in two of them at the client's request; the return multiples and the conversion counts are not.
- Do you do Google Ads training?
- Yes. I ran Google Ads training for marketers and business owners in Cebu from 2025 to 2026, face to face, online and recorded.
- That covered keyword research, campaign architecture, bidding and conversion tracking, and it ran until each participant's own account showed a measurable improvement.
- How do we start?
- Email me and say what you are building, what is not working, and what success would look like.
- The more of that is in the first message, the more useful the first reply is. I answer within one business day. There is no form on this site and no call to book before anyone has said anything useful.
