I'm Eroll Encabo. I work across SEO, paid ads, and full stack development. Those three usually live in separate teams, but I have found they work better together.

In practice that means one person builds the site, handles the SEO, and runs the ads. You explain the business once instead of three times, and nothing sits waiting while two agencies work out whose job it is.

Most of my work starts with a site that isn't performing the way it should. I dig into the technical side, fix what's broken, build what's missing, and run the campaigns that bring people in. I write the code, run the ads, and read the data.

Over ten years that has meant agencies, SaaS platforms, and global brands: scaling ad spend profitably, rebuilding tracking that was quietly measuring the wrong thing, and shipping sites with SEO designed in rather than retrofitted. These days I also teach it, running Google Ads training for marketers and business owners in Cebu.

I work mostly with small and mid-sized businesses, the kind that need someone who can move between strategy and execution without a handoff.
